Shipping rates are estimated and may vary from the stated rate at the time of payment.
We currently ship to all US states except: AL, AR, DE, MS, NY, OK, RI, and UT.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground (allow 8-10 business days) and include Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping orders may take up to 3 business days to process depending on the availability of certain products. Our calculated time of delivery is based on business days and, therefore, weekends and holidays are not included.
Please Note: Extreme heat or cold can damage wines in transit. We are not responsible for wines that become damaged due to failed delivery attempts or packages left outdoors for extended periods.
If you are unable to sign for your wine package on any of the 3 delivery attempts, UPS will return your package back to the winery. You have the option to have the package held for pick up or reshipped for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us directly at (707) 204-0000 for any questions or concerns regarding delivery.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and as federal law states, alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.
Allen Wines is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground service once it leaves our winery.
Should any products be damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone or email (707-204-0000, firstname.lastname@example.org) so we may pursue a claim with the shipping company. Please note that damaged products must be returned to receive a refund.
